About Your Coach Julie:

With over 25 years in the health and fitness industry, I've worn many hats—group aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates teacher—guiding people through movement and helping them build strength and confidence in their bodies. But over time, I began to notice a pattern: while physical activity was essential, it wasn’t always enough to help people truly feel their best.

That realization led me to expand my focus beyond exercise. I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner to better understand the full picture of wellness. I started exploring how nutrition, rest, stress, and mindset all play a role in our vitality—and how ignoring even one piece can keep us from thriving.

As I immersed myself in this more holistic approach—tuning into my body, honoring my energy, and embracing mindfulness—everything began to change. I didn’t just feel like I was living; I was truly thriving.

This transformation inspired me to help other women create that same sense of balance and well-being. Along the way, I became a Certified Menopause Coach, recognizing how many women were struggling through perimenopause and menopause with little support or clear guidance. Menopause coaching allows me to provide personalized support—whether it's managing symptoms, boosting energy, or tackling the often frustrating challenges of menopausal weight gain and resistance to weight loss.
