You will receive 3 workout videos each week that include a warmup, workout, and stretch all completed in 30 minutes or less. We will work your entire body each week with a lower, upper and full body workout. These workouts can be done in the convenience of your home (or at the gym) as they are dumbell based with minimal equipment needed.

About Me
I am a Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coach who has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Throughout those years, I have seen the power of fitness to change lives for the better.
I understand the challenges that come as we age. As I hit midlife myself, I discovered that what I used to do as far as workouts and nutrition just did not work anymore. Exercising more and eating less did not work!
The one thing I am grateful for is my long-term love for strength training because it has helped me stay strong and healthy.
