Hi, I’m Julie — FDNP, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, CHEK Exercise Coach, and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach.
I started Thrive365 Tribe after walking through my own perimenopause and menopause journey feeling confused and frustrated. I was eating well, working out, and doing “all the right things,” yet my body wasn’t responding the way it used to. I didn’t fully understand the changes happening inside — or how to truly support myself through them.
